Vehicle is used without authorization
State police at Lehighton were summoned at 2:30 p.m. Feb. 24 to the 200 block of Koch Road, Towamensing Township, to investigate a case of the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
The victim is a 41-year-old woman from Kunkletown who told police a 38-year-old man from Kresgeville used her vehicle without having permission to do so.
