Toolshed Jack in concert at TACC

The band Toolshed Jack will appear in concert at the Tamaqua Community Art Center, 125 Pine St., Tamaqua, on March 25. The BYOB event will raise funds for the American Cancer Society.

The band has five members: Maggie B, vocals and tambourine; Steve-O, bass, vocals, 12-step keyboard; Brian Todd, keyboard, trumpet, vocals; Tommy, drums, percussion; and Joel D, guitar, vocals. Originally formed as a four-member male band in 1997, the group is based in Pottsville and annually plays for the Carbon Tamaqua American Cancer Society Telethon.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with the music scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Refreshments will be available.
