Graduates from Berkeley

Chelsey Knipper, daughter of Randee and the late Jack Knipper of Coaldale, was recently awarded a master of financial engineering degree from Berkeley University of California.

A graduate of Panther Valley High School, she additionally completed courses at Penn State University and the University of Texas to achieve a master's degree in physics. She also studied for a semester at Leeds University in England.

Chelsea is the granddaughter of the late Anne and John Knipper of Coaldale and Lois Rilo and the late Robert Butts of Lake Hauto. Her mother, brother Robert, and aunt and uncle, Blythe and Tom Sherry of Coaldale, attended the graduation ceremonies in California.
