More than 15 pounds of drugs collected
Pocono Mountain Regional police participated in the 13th National Prescription take back initiative and collected more than 15 pounds of assorted prescription medications.
The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and more than 4,200 of its law enforcement and community partners collected a total of 900,386 pounds (450 tons), across the nation.
The next DEA take back day is scheduled for Oct. 28.
