Woman cited for sex on rock in Tamaqua

Nicole M. Arabaci, 34, who has no permanent address, was cited for disorderly conduct after a public display of affection went too far on May 15.

Arabaci and her boyfriend were spotted engaged in a sex act at 6:56 p.m., on a large rock in the East End Park.

The boyfriend left before police arrived. Arabaci was given the citation and released.
