Driver will be charged with DUI

State police at Lehighton said a 31-year-old Kunkletown man will be charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance following an incident at 3:09 a.m.Sunday at Victoria Ann Court, Polk Township.

Police said they were called there to investigate a report of a possible misuse of a motor vehicle.

While there, troopers saw the man pull into the lot and they discovered he was under the influence.
