Palmerton police report

Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Ryan Rehrig, 37, of Palmerton, was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude police, DUI, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and recklessly endangering another person, for an incident Sept. 3 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.

Public drunkenness: Tiffany Hittner, 35, of Palmerton, was charged with public drunkenness, for an incident Sept. 4 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Disorderly conduct: Brian Malave, 19, of Slatington, was charged with disorderly conduct, for an incident Sept. 5 in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.

Maximum gross weight: Jose Oliveria, 41, of Miami, Florida, was charged with maximum gross weight, for an incident Sept. 7 at Delaware Avenue and Mauch Chunk Road.

Citations: Police also issued four citations for traffic violations and one for speeding.
