Palmerton police log

Palmerton Police Department released the following incidents:

Possession of drug paraphernalia:

•Glennis Park, 33, Palmerton, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and retail theft, for an incident Sept. 8 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue. Park was also charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft, and receiving stolen property, for an incident Sept. 6 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.

• Deanna Steigerwalt, 26, Palmerton, was charged with three counts of DUI, possession or delivery of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and lighting violation, for an incident July 30 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

• Evan Palmer, 18, Hatboro, was charged with three counts of DUI, possession or delivery of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, underage drinking, speeding, driving on roadways laned for traffic, and careless driving, for an incident July 29 on Route 248 west.

• Daniel Leslie Jr., 24, Palmerton, was charged with resisting arrest, recklessly endangering another person, and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident Sept. 1 at MaryAnn Alley and Tunnel Street.

• Craig Silliman, 24, Lehighton, was charged with possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident Sept. 13 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Disorderly conduct:Michael Coulson, 52, Palmerton, was charged with resisting arrest, persistent disorderly conduct, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, for an incident Sept. 9 at Delaware Avenue and Fourth Street.

Theft:Tyler Easterly, 25, Palmerton, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property, for an incident Aug. 21 in the 400 block of Lehigh Avenue.

Maximum gross weight:Jorge Acevedo, 38, Hillsborough, New Jersey, and Jhon Cubides-Gomez, 36, of Randolph, New Jersey, were charged with maximum gross weight.

Citations:Police also issued one citation for speeding.
