3 injured in Mahoning crash

Three juveniles were injured, one seriously in a crash Friday night in Mahoning Township. The crash occurred around 9 p.m. as they traveled along Fredericks Grove Road near the intersection with Grist Mill Road. The car hit a tree, resulting in entrapment. Two people were transported to a local trauma center, and one was flown to a Lehigh Valley hospital trauma center. Mahoning Valley Fire Company responded to the call.
