Albright student certified as peer tutor

Samantha Philipps of Saylorsburg has been named a peer tutor at Albright College in Reading. A graduate of Pleasant Valley High School, Philipps is majoring in English-theater.

Peer tutors are selected on the basis of academic skill, leadership, character and the ability to communicate well with others.

All Albright tutors are certified by the College Reading and Learning Association International Tutor Training Program.
