American history from Native American perspective at NCC
Back by popular demand, Delwin Fiddler Jr., a member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe and a descendant of Chiefs Sitting Bull and Crazy Horse, will tell American history from a Native American perspective from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. April 9 at the Monroe Campus of Northampton Community College, Room 202, Keystone Hall, 2411 Route 715, Tannersville.
He will also be at the Bethlehem Campus in the David A. Reed Community Room, #220, College Center, 3835 Green Pond Road, Bethlehem, from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. April 11.
He will also discuss his 2016 experience as a water protector and his dedication to environmental conservation, in addition to demonstrating a Native American dance.
Admission is open to the public and free.
