AP article displayed writer’s bias
Dear Editor,
Nine months ago I submitted a letter which appeared in the Times News on Nov. 10, 2018. In that letter, I criticized the “new” type of mainstream journalism wherein far-left radicals, posing as legitimate news reporters, commonly spew leftist and anti-American propaganda disguised as real news. I referenced a recent Associated Press news item which clearly displayed the writer’s leftist bias and open contempt for the president of the United States.
I just read an Associated Press news item in the Aug. 8 Times News edition. The article followed the headline, “Protesters chant as Trump visits Dayton, El Paso.” The anonymous Associated Press writer wrote the following as if it was factual: “But his divisive words preceded him, large protests greeted him and biting political attacks soon followed.” Also written as fact at the end of the article: “… at least 200 protesters gathered, blaming Trump’s incendiary rhetoric for inflaming political and racial tensions in the country …”
Tripe like that is undisguised leftist dogma and has no place in this paper’s news pages. By any reasonable standard it is not legitimate news reporting, it’s just some jerk’s opinion. In fact, a strong argument could be made for calling it “fake news.” Put it on the Opinion page, where it belongs, with a disclaimer so as not to insult your subscribers.

Lets take the first one: "But his divisive words preceded him, large protests greeted him and biting political attacks soon followed.” Are we arguing that the public is not divided on trumps words? Just look at the responses to his tweets and you can see division and biting political attacks on both side. This is a fact!
Second one " at least 200 protesters gathered, blaming Trump’s incendiary rhetoric for inflaming political and racial tensions in the country …” Again, are you denying that people are not blaming trump's rhetoric for inflaming tensions? This isn't saying it has, it is saying that protesters are claiming that is has.
Perhaps the writer wants the AP to report that the president has 100% support across the country and omit any protests but that would be "fake news"

Describes the trump administration, no?
He is in lala land if there is no recognition that this presidency hasn’t divided people.
Not Elizabeth Warrens, which the Media described as packed, 700 people, seriously!
Trumps rally at the SNHU Arena, the same state Fauxcahontas had her rally in... Trumps broke the stadium’s previous attendance record, held by rock star Elton John. No kidding!
The SNHU Arena holds nearly 12,000 people, and was nearly filled to capacity when the U.S. Secret Service closed the doors. Thousands more people watched the president’s speech on giant television screens outside the arena.
Be aware of those fake reports you're reading CG.
Rush Libaugh had this to say, "There’s no piano there. There was not a guitar on stage or a piano, meaning it’s really hard to put 12,000 people in an arena when all somebody is going to do is talk. There are very few people that can do it. Trump does it in every state he goes to. There isn't one Democrat that could even get 1,000 paid people to attend CG. Now talk about run on sentences and babbling? Well you must be thinking of Good Ole Creepy Joe Biden. Yeah Man.
When does that calf work btw?!?
