At the recent Carbon Career and Technical Institute Joint Operating Committee meeting, Automotive Service & Technology seniors Austin Haydt and Michael Miller briefed the committee on their plans for the future. Austin has been accepted into the Automotive Training Center and is currently awaiting test results that will determine his qualifications for a scholarship. Michael is preparing to start a new job with Lehighton Ford at the end of the month and completing his automotive certifications. Both students will be attending the Pennsylvania state inspection licensure course.
