The Coaldale Tigers, a travel baseball team, won their second consecutive baseball tournament. They won the Elite Championship Tournament Baseball Bat Wars, held Sept. 29 and 30 in Quakertown, in the 13U category.

Two weeks earlier, they won a tournament in the Lehigh Valley.

The Quakertown victory places them as a 2019 National Championship Series Qualifier.
