Bariatric Support Group

Blue Mountain Health System’s Bariatric Support Group will meet at 10 a.m. Nov. 28 in the ground floor Community Room at the Gnaden campus, 211 N. 12th St. in Lehighton.

On Dec. 11 the group will meet at 6 p.m. at the Gnaden campus. The topic will be tips on healthy eating and proper nutrition and will include a cooking demonstration.

All meetings are open to the public and there is no cost to attend.
