Blue Mountain to host Spartan Race

Blue Mountain Resort will host Spartan Race Inc. Saturday and Sunday for the Pennsylvania Super and Sprint weekend.

This is the eighth year that Blue Mountain Resort will host the event, as the Pennsylvania Super race was designed to challenge the elite athletes for the U.S. Championship Series.

The Spartan Open House will be held from 4-6 p.m. Friday.

As for races, the Spartan Super and Hurricane Heat will be held on Saturday, while the Spartan Sprint will be held on Sunday. In addition, a Kids Race will be held Saturday and Sunday.
