Both sides charged in Polk dispute

Both sides in a dispute that turned physical have been cited.

State police at Lehighton said Clay Bordsen, 58, and Nancy Bordsen, 56, of Tiffany Court, Kunkletown, Polk Township, became involved in a verbal dispute about 11:45 p.m. on Nov. 8 at their residence. The verbal altercation turned physical with both sustaining minor injuries.

Both were taken into custody and charged with simple assault. Both were lodged in the county prison but have since been released on bail.
