Both sides in dispute cited

State police at Fern Ridge said Taneya Spruill, 24, of Edison, New Jersey, and Joey Delancey, 29, of Brodheadsville, were involved in a verbal argument that turned physical around 8 p.m. Wednesday at 108 Piaxtla Road, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County.

As a result, both were issued citations for harassment.
