Cancer Support Community offers yoga class

Cancer Support Community of the Greater Lehigh Valley is offering a free gentle flow yoga class for anyone affected by cancer, as well as caregivers of those with cancer on Friday.

The class is held at Seventh Moon Wellness Spa, 701 Bridge St., Lehighton from 10 to 11 a.m.

The yoga class by Lorene Wolf provides participants with gentle yoga poses that promote core strength, flexibility and balance, as well as concentration and breath control.

The class is part of a free series for those affected by cancer.

A second free gentle flow yoga class will take place at 10 a.m. March 15 at Seventh Moon Wellness Spa.
