Cann has big day for Geneva

Former Lehighton graduate Tyler Cann had a big day for the Geneva College football team last weekend.

Cann helped mount a comeback for the Tornadoes with three interceptions, as Geneva knocked off Saint Vincent, 32-27.

All three of Cann’s picks came in the fourth quarter as Geneva rallied from a 27-3 halftime deficit.

The junior linebacker added four tackles, including one for a loss.

All three of Cann’s interceptions led to touchdowns, the final one coming with 54 seconds left that gave the Golden Tornadoes their first lead of the game.
