Car hits utility pole in Lehighton
The driver of a car was injured Sunday afternoon when involved in a crash along Mahoning street in Lehighton. The driver struck a utility pole near the intersection with 11th street. The victim was being treated at the scene by Lehighton paramedics. Lehighton fire police maintained traffic control at the scene, shutting down the roadway.
