Car, tractor-trailer collide in West Penn
West Penn Township police are investigating a two-vehicle crash along Route 895. The incident occurred just after 4 a.m. as a West Penn Township man driving a car was traveling east and swerved to avoid a kitten in the road. The driver swerved to the left into the oncoming lane and into the path of a westbound tractor-trailer. The vehicles collided, sending the car spinning onto the north berm.
