Carbon County Art League to meet Feb. 13
The Carbon County Art League will present the work of James Emert from 6 to 8 p.m. Feb. 13 at The Seventh Moon Spa in Lehighton.
Emert will discuss the art of composition using some of his own photography to illustrate the design concepts.
