Carbon County commissioners

The Carbon County Commissioners on Thursday acted on the following items:

• Approved a lease agreement with USPS for use of four parking spaces in the county parking lot in Jim Thorpe at a cost of $2,400 annually, to be paid monthly, beginning Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023.

• Adopted resolutions honoring Sean Bevilacqua, Bradley Buzzard and Anthony Ward, members of Boy Scout Troop 555, Jim Thorpe, who attained the rank of Eagle Scout this past Saturday.

Personnel

• Resignation: Eric M. Cinicola of Jim Thorpe, part-time victim/witness coordinator, effective March 28.

• Changes of status: Joanne M. Recla of Summit Hill, from district justice secretary I to district justice secretary II, effective April 8; and Amanda C. McMahon of Allentown, from part-time dispatcher to 911 operator, effective April 22.

• Internships: Brian Rattiger of Dunmore and Thomas Youngkin of Lehighton, May 6 to Aug. 30 in the adult probation office.
