Crash suit

Cynthia and Mark Zimmerman, 309 W. Ridge St., Lansford, have filed a civil action against Jenna Dubowy and Vincent W. Newman, of 145 W. White St., Summit Hill, seeking damages as the result of an automobile crash.

The suit states on March 20, 2017, along Route 902, a vehicle operated by Newman, and owned by Dubowy, crashed head-on into a 2015 Honda Pilot driven by Cynthia Zimmerman and owned by the couple.

Negligence is alleged for the crash and sought are damages in excess of $50,000 for injuries sustained by Cynthia Zimmerman and detailed on the suit. Also sought is damages of $33,560.76 caused to the Honda Pilot.
