Auto crash suit
Margaret A. and Chris Lukasevich, 1211 Center St., Jim Thorpe, filed a civil action seeking damages against Joseph J. Sebelin, 702 South St., Jim Thorpe, and Steven R. Anthony, 245 N. Second St., Lehighton.
The suit states on Feb. 22, 2016, an automobile crash occurred along the Sgt. Stanley Hoffman Blvd., Lehighton, involving vehicles operated by the defendants. The suit alleges a vehicle operated by Sebelin was northbound in the left lane and collided with a vehicle operated by Anthony, who was in the right lane. After that collision the Anthony vehicle collided with a vehicle in which Margaret Lukasevich was a passenger, causing her serious injuries which are detailed in the suit.
Negligence is alleged against the defendants and sought are damages excess of $50,000 against each defendant.
Loan defaults
The American Financial Services Inc., of 801 Cherry St., Fort Worth, Texas, filed nine actions alleging the defendants have defaulted on agreements to purchase a vehicle.

Second St., Lehighton, $8,215.70; Jesse A. Anthony, 128 W. Hazard St., Summit Hill, $11,760.19; Brian Cooper, 56 Jefferson St., Weatherly, $7,441.93; and Begush Neziri, 903 W. Lizard Creek Road, Lehighton, $6,990.02.

Sought is $115,142.94 and continuing interest.
Nationstar Mortgage, c/o 3600 Horizon Drive, King of Prussia, filed against Amanda A. Hettler and Robert E. Berger, 29 E. White St., Summit Hill, over property at that address. Sought is $75,395.71 and continuing interest.
