Sought is $220,804.27 and continuing interest. Nationstar filed an action against Deborah Rynd, 540 W. Main St., Weatherly, and Donald Rynd, aka Donald B. Crash suit
Owen Reis, 444 Columbia Ave., Palmerton, filed a civil action against James R. Costenbader, individually, and dba, James R. Costenbader Hauling, 2905 Hahns Dairy Road, Palmerton.
The suit states on Nov. 4 the plaintiff was operating a 2014 Volkswagen eastbound on Hahns Dairy Road, in Lower Towamensing Township, when the defendant was driving a tri-axle truck, in a driveway. The defendant, it is alleged, failed to stop his vehicle at the end of the driveway or stopped his vehicle at the end, then pulled out onto Hahns Dairy Road and struck the plaintiff’s vehicle, causing damages and injuries detailed in the suit.
Negligence is alleged against the defendant and sought are damages in excess of $50,000 plus interest, costs and fees.
