State police at Lehighton said a Carbon County juvenile has been cited as the result of a domestic incident.

Troopers said at 7:05 p.m. on Friday responded to a residence along Forest Inn Road in Towamensing Township for a domestic type incident.

On scene troopers learned a 16-year-old Palmerton man had punched out the rear driver’s side window on his mother’s car, causing an estimated $300 in damages.

The juvenile has been cited for criminal mischief, troopers said.

Stupid to call the cops. Who wins? The court. This kid is going to have to pay about 2,000 in fines to the court. Can he pay it? NOOOOOOO!!!!!! So the parents end up paying for this. Never call the cops unless there is real physical abuse happening. My friend's wife called the cops on him once for an argument and gave the cops some weed he had. They're still together, but that incident cost them about $4,000. The court wins on these things.
The record needs to be set straight. The mother, who finally had lost custody of her children a year and a half ago due to mental and physical abuse, was picking up a younger sibling for court-ordered, bi-monthly weekend visitation. The child did not want to go with the mother and was very upset. Instead of trying to determine why the child was upset, the mother started yelling at her. She then proceeded to scream at the father and stepmother accusing them of coercion. After years of abuse by his mother, the “16-year-old juvenile,” had enough and hit the side window of her car with his fist. The mother called the police and demanded that her son be charged. The police tried to reason with her, but to no avail. Regrettably, the mother who has caused so much damage to so many people, continues to wreak havoc in the lives of her children and others.
