Carbon Medical Associates has joined St. Luke’s University Health Network.

The new name of the practice as of Sept. 1 is St. Luke’s Nephrology Associates of Carbon County.

St. Luke’s Nephrology Associates of Carbon County provides high quality nephrology care and is fully committed to you.
