CCFOA to host Easter auction, spring bingo
Carbon County Friends of Animals is gearing up for two events to help care for the felines.
On April 3, 4 and 5, the organization will have its annual Easter chocolate sale and Chinese auction in the Carbon Plaza Mall, 1241 Blakeslee Blvd., Drive East, Lehighton. The event goes from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
On May 3, CCFOA hosts its Coach/Vera Bradley/Cash Bingo and raffle at the Orioles Club, 475 Orioles Drive, Lehighton. Doors open at 11 a.m. and games begin at 1 p.m. There are also door prizes, a raffle and food and refreshments available. Tickets for the bingo are available in advance by calling Denise at 570-325-4310 or at the door the day of the event.
Proceeds from both events benefit CCFOA.
Donations are currently being accepted for the Chinese auction in April and the raffle in May. Easter Chinese auction donations are due by March 20 and bingo items are due by April 15.
