Chamber has several events scheduled

The Carbon Chamber of Economic Development Corporation has several events scheduled this week.

There will also be a 30th Anniversary Celebration & Ribbon Cutting from 3-5 p.m. Friday at the Penn-Kidder Library at the Pine Point Plaza, Albrightsville.

The ribbon cutting will take place at 4 p.m.

Also, the Carbon Adventure Race Kick Off will take place from 7-11 p.m. Friday with 80s Night at Shenanigan’s in Lake Harmony.

Enjoy music by Kartune, the band. There will also be prizes for best 80s outfit, as guy and girl winners will be announced.

The event will also include raffles and prizes, along with information to register for the fifth annual Carbon Adventure Race.
