Charges filed in McAdoo

McAdoo police released information in several cases were charges were recently filed.

• Eric Coddington-Loveless, 20, of McAdoo, was charged with disorderly conduct after witnesses identified him as the assailant in a fight on March 24. Police were called to North Lincoln Street at 6:40 p.m. for a domestic disturbance.

• Miguel Dalmasi, 28, of Sinking Spring, Berks County, was charged with making terroristic threats related to a case from Feb. 10. Three people went to the police station to complain about Dalmasi harassing them at an apartment building on South Kennedy Drive. The victim and two witnesses said at one point in time during an argument that day, Dalmasi took off his jacket to reveal a gun, threatening to shoot the victim if they didn’t leave. Dalmasi agreed there was an argument but said it was the victim who made threats. He admitted having a gun on him but denied making any threats.

• Kenneth Swords, 37, of Hazleton, was charged with retail theft after he was identified as the person who stole two bags of coal from the Fegley Mini Mart, South Kennedy Drive, on Aug. 13, 2018. He loaded five bags into his truck, went inside, paid for three, and then left.
