Coaldale Borough Council has raised several fees for several borough services.
The changes were approved Tuesday night as part of council’s 2018 fee resolution.
The copying cost for public records was raised to $1 per page, up from 25 cents.
Kennel license fees were doubled and are now $100 for fewer than 10 animals, $150 for 11-25 animals, and $200 for over 25 animals. The animal consignment fee was also doubled, to $200.
Council also raised some fees charged by the borough tax collector’s office. The tax certification fee went to $20 from $15 last year, the duplicate bill fee went up to $5 from $2, and the “Second research fee of tax listing” went up to $10 from $5.
All other borough fees are unchanged from 2017.
