Coaldale tax collector’s office hours

The Coaldale tax collector’s office will be closed Dec. 24-27 and Jan. 1-2. The office will be open 10 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m. on Dec. 28, and Dec. 31 10 a.m.-2 p.m. to accept final payments.

If mailed, bills must be postmarked by Dec. 31 to be accepted. The only forms of payment accepted after Dec. 15 are cash, money orders and certified bank checks. No personal checks. County/municipal and school taxes must be separate checks. Regular hours will resume Jan. 3, 2019.
