Coast Guard auxiliary talks boat safety

Fifth Coast Guard District’s Northern Region Division 15, Northern Lakes recently participated in Community Safety Day at Mauch Chunk Lake, Jim Thorpe. A number of visitors stopped by the Coast Guard Auxiliary information booth to receive boating safety pamphlets, Coast Guard coloring books and to provide information relating to boating safety, waterways pollution, waterways security and child safety while on the water.
