Community send-off for Tamaqua team
More than 250 well wishers from the Tamaqua area turned out Friday afternoon to wish the Tamaqua Area High School football team well on their journey to Kingston to face a team from Wyoming Area High School in the PIAA Class 3A Semi-Final game. Team buses were given an escort to Interstate 81 by fire companies and emergency vehicles.
