Neal Citro goes the distance on the mound for the winners, scattering seven hits. Citro also helps his own cause at the plate with a pair of singles. Joe Tirpak contributes a hit and two runs scored, while Frank Kamenicky, Eddie Breslin, and Lou Crampsie each add a hit and a run. For Tamaqua, Paul Long drills a two-run homer.
