February 14, 1996 — Nicole Levandusky scores a game-high 25 points and becomes Palmerton’s all-time leading scorer as the Blue Bombers edge Notre Dame, 56-55, in a Colonial League semifinal playoff game. Levandusky hits two free throws with just over a minute left in the first half to pass Kathy Beck’s total of 1,800. Levandusky tallies 12 of her points in the second quarter to help Palmerton, coached by Rodney Strohl, build a double-digit lead. Sue Fabian contributes 17 points to the victory, while Amanda Samok chips in with seven.
