Kunkle walks five and strikes out nine. Muffley connects during a five-run third inning that breaks open a scoreless tie. Shaun Fenon opens the scoring with a two-run single, and another run scores on a passed ball before Muffley goes deep. Jason Zellner adds an RBI single, driving home Jan Llewellyn, who had doubled. Muffley ends the contest with three hits.
