July 31, 2007 — Tyler Skripko finishes with two hits and knocks in three runs to help Tamaqua gain a 9-7 victory over Council Rock Northampton and stay alive in the Section 6 Little League 9-10 Tournament. Nate MacDonald adds a double and two RBIs for the winners, coached by Caszy Kosciolek. Starting pitcher Brett Kosciolek strikes out six and adds a hit and two RBIs at the plate. Matt Sweigert tosses 3 1/3 innings in relief to close out the game and contributes a hit and run scored. Ben Miller chips in with a hit and RBI.
