October 17, 2003 — Jake Serfass runs 75 yards for a touchdown on Northern Lehigh’s first offensive play of the game, and the Bulldogs go on to post a 24-0 Colonial League victory over rival Northwestern. Serfass finishes the contest with 154 yards on 15 carries. The winners, coached by Jim Tkach, also receive 106 rushing yards on 10 attempts from Jack Gill. One of Gill’s carries is a 49-yard scoring run in the second quarter. Pete Wayda adds a 5-yard TD run. The shutout is the team’s seventh straight, as the defense registers five sacks and receives interceptions from Wayda and Sean McCormick.
