Dimmick hosts art reception Saturday

The Dimmick Memorial Library, 54 Broadway, Jim Thorpe is hosting an art reception with local author John H. Bushnell from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday.

Bushnell is originally from Louisiana and has lived in Jim Thorpe for many years.

This collection showcases his stained glass artistry. Some of his work has a theme inspired by his home state, while other work is inspired by local Jim Thorpe beauty.

His show “A Conversation of Color,” will run from today to Dec. 30.
