District 11 basketball ticket sales
The following schools have announced ticket sales for their District 11 basketball playoff games.
Tamaqua
Tickets will be on sale for both the boys and girls games through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. in the main office of the high school. Tickets will cost $6 for adults and $3 for students/senior citizens. All tickets at the door will cost $6.
The boys will play Jim Thorpe on Friday at 7 p.m. at Panther Valley.
The girls will play Northwestern on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at Northern Lehigh.
Lehighton
The Lehighton Athletic Department will be selling tickets for the girls playoff game on Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. in the high school office.
Tickets cost $6 for adults and $3 for students and senior citizens. All tickets at the gate are $6.
The Indians will play Blue Mountain on Saturday at 1 p.m. at Northern Lehigh.
Jim Thorpe
Advanced tickets will be on sale in the high school office for the boys playoff game on Friday, Feb. 23 at Panther Valley. The Olympians will be playing Tamaqua at 7 p.m.
Tickets can be purchased through Friday from 8 a.m to 2:30 p.m.
Adult tickets are $6, while student and senior citizens cost $3. All tickets are $6 at the game.
Northern Lehigh
The Northern Lehigh boys will be playing Catasauqua at Northampton on Saturday, Feb. 24 at 6 p.m. in the Class 3A quarterfinals.
Advance ticket sales will be held in the high school main office Wednesday and Thursday from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. and on Friday from 7 a.m. until noon.
Tickets prices are $6 adults, and $3 for students and senior citizens. All tickets at the gate are $6.
Palmerton
The Palmerton boys will be playing Pine Grove at Blue Mountain High School on Saturday, Feb. 24 at 1 p.m. in the Class 3A quarterfinals.
Advance ticket sales will be held in the high school lobby on Thursday from 4-6 p.m.
Tickets prices are $6 adults, and $3 for students and senior citizens. All tickets at the gate are $6.
The Palmerton girls will also compete in the postseason, playing St. Basil Academy on Friday, Feb. 23 at LaSalle College High School at 7 p.m.
Since the game is taking place in District 12, there will be no advanced tickets for sale. All tickets will be $5 at the door. Also, there will not be a concession stand at the game.
Panther Valley
The Class 2A boys semifinal game between Panther Valley and Marian will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 27 at a site yet to be determined.
Tickets will be sold at the Panther Valley JSHS on Thursday, Feb. 22 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. and on Friday, Feb. 23 from 6-8 p.m. in the IS.
Tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for students/senior citizens. On the day of the game, all tickets will be $6. If you have any questions you can contact Kristin Black at 570-645-4207.
Northwestern
The Northwestern boys will play Lower Moreland at Lower Moreland Friday, Feb. 23 at 7:30 p.m. in the quarterfinal round of the District 1/11 subregional. Tickets are only available at the gate and will be $5 for everyone.
The Northwestern girls will play Tamaqua at Northern Lehigh High School on Saturday, Feb. 23 at 2:30 p.m. in the quarterfinal round of the District 11 Class 4A tournament. Advanced tickets are available in the athletic office between 8 a.m.-3 p.m. through Friday. The tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for students/senior citizens. All tickets at the door will be $6.
Marian
Tickets are on sale for both the Marian boys and girls games
The Colts will play Panther Valley in a Class 2A semifinal game on Tuesday, Feb.27 at a site and time to be determined.
The Fillies will face Minersville in a Class 2A semifinal game on Monday, Feb. 26 at a site and time to be determined.
Tickets will be available Friday, Monday, and Tuesday in the high school main office from 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m. The cost is $6 for adults and $3 for students and senior citizens. All tickets at the door will cost $6
