Dozens turn out to honor Tamaqua artist

Kim Kropp, daughter of Tamaqua heritage artist Harry K. Snyder, and David Kotansky, Snyder’s grandson, examine Snyder’s unfinished oil painting Saturday at the Art of the Anthracite exhibit, a tribute to the life work of 88-year-old Snyder held at the Tamaqua Historical Society Annex.
