Driver cited for leaving crash scene

A Lehigh County driver has been cited for leaving the scene of a crash.

State police at Fogelsville said the crash occurred at 9:25 a.m. on Jan. 24, 2017, along Game Preserve Road in Lowhill Township.

Troopers said Marvin W. Stettler, 56, of Allentown, was driving a 2015 Chevrolet pickup with plow attached eastbound when he crossed the centerline.

The driver’s side mirror of his truck struck the driver’s side mirror of a 2010 Ford truck driven westbound by Michael K. Bringhurst, 31, of Slatington.

After impact Bringhurst pulled to the side of the road but Stettler continued westbound. No one was injured.

Stettler was charged with duty to give information and render aid.
