Driver injured in Blythe Twp. crash

At least one person was injured Sunday morning in a crash along Tumbling Run Road in Blythe Township. The driver was traveling east just before Mountain Road and lost control of the car, crossing the roadway entering a lawn. The car crossed a driveway then struck an embankment.

The car continued on into a wooded area. The victim was treated at the scene by Pottsville paramedics before being transported to an area hospital. State police are investigating the incident.
