Earth Rhythms in Tamaqua

A family drum circle, featuring Earth Rhythms, will be held in Tamaqua Oct. 19 at the Tamaqua Community Art Center, 125 Pine St., Tamaqua.

Recently featured on American Journal of Public Health and “Dateline NBC,” Earth Rhythms provides an experience steeped in creative expression, teaching new ways to communicate using rhythm as a metaphor for building positive relationships.

Participants will learn how to develop listening skills, self-awareness and relaxation techniques designed for everyday life. Children 12 and under may participate for free.
