Employee is cited after striking employer

Charles Ford, 43, of Kintnersville, was cited for harassment by state police at the Lehighton barracks after an altercation with his employer at 8:52 a.m. on Sept. 21.

The incident happened in the 100 block of Spring House Drive, Ross Township.

The victim is a 51-year-old Stroudsburg man.

Police said they were called to the above location for a physical altercation between an employer and his employee and learned from the victim that his employee hit him in the ear with a hard hat.
