Evelyn and Lewis Exner celebrate 55 years of marriage

Evelyn and Lewis Exner of Andreas recently celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary. They were married June 22, 1963, by the Rev. Federoff at the Andreas Sportsmen’s Club in Andreas.
Mrs. Exner is the former Evelyn Steigerwalt, daughter of the late Clifford and Erma Steigerwalt. Her husband is the son of the late Luther and Anna Exner.
The Exners have four children: Mashell Everett and her husband, Darryl, of Lehighton; Lewis Exner Jr. and his wife, Carla, of Lehighton; Tammy Schaub, and her husband, Troy, of Lehighton; and Bobby Jo Williams and her husband, Kyle, of Omaha, Nebraska. They also have five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A celebration was held June 23 at the Mahoning Valley Ambulance building.
