Farewell to East Penn Elementary planned

A farewell to East Penn Elementary School will take place from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday. The public is welcome to say goodbye to the building, which has served as a school for the past 63 years.

The time capsule will be opened. There will be pictures, memorabilia, staff and students from East Penn Elementary past and present.
